Most jewellery is made to order.

Made to order requires 1 to 2 weeks for production before item is shipped.

In high volume seasons production times may be extended.

For inquiries on custom sizing/material please send your requests here.

Returns/Exchanges

All sales are considered final. Exceptions can be made in any rare case of any defect.

Please keep in mind all items are hand made and are subject to slight unique variances.

Exchanges can be made within 5 days of receiving your item.

All shipping/material costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping

Delivery time is not included in the 1 to 2 week made to order production time frame.

Domestic shipping within Canada is a $15 cad flat fee and is generally sent as an

Expedited Parcel via Canada Post.

Shipping to US is $20 cad.

International shipping is available - please contact me here for information and pricing.

All international orders may be subjected to additional taxes and/or customs fees and are the responsibility of the buyer.
